Tout s'est très bien déroulé : choix sur le site, facilité de commande (plus adaptée sur PC que sur smartphone toutefois), rapidité d'envoi , qualité des produits et customisation. Souci pendant le transport, avec un verre cassé, mais très rapidement remplacé sans surcoût. Je recommanderai !

I ordered the customised champagne and flutes gift box, the presentation was beautiful, however, best of all was the customer service - I had asked if they could send the order asap (due to my lack of organisation!), they were really helpful in their reply and the gift arrived very quickly - thank you so much!
